Irena Makeeta Juras is the founder and managing member of the Juras Law Firm. She represents individual and business clients in a wide range of legal matters in the areas of International Law, Business Law, Business-Based Immigration Law and Bankruptcy Law. She has extensive experience representing clients involved in trade and investments between the U.S. and Czech Republic.

Attorney Irena Makeeta Juras obtained her first law degree in the Czech Republic. She received her second law degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. She is fluent in English and Czech in addition to having a working knowledge of German and Russian She is licensed to practice law in Arizona and New York. Her cross-cultural, multilingual background and legal training and experience in both civil and common law jurisdictions make her uniquely qualified to represent U.S. and foreign clients in cross-border transactions, cross-border/international bankruptcies and immigration matters, but also in purely domestic business matters and bankruptcies..
